Craggan is a two bedroom Highland cottage in a secluded & rural setting, with stunning views over the Dornoch and Moray Firths, to the Cairngorms beyond. The original part of the cottage is thought to date from circa 1880.

With a ten minute drive to Dornoch, home of the world famous golf course, & Tain, home of the Glenmorangie distillery, Craggan is a great location for exploring Sutherland and beyond. The owner will be more than happy to recommend places to visit and routes to take, in order for you to make the most of this breathtaking part of the country.

The garden at Craggan is a haven for wildlife, with over 60 species of bird seen. Roe Deer & Red Grouse may be seen on the moorland directly behind the property. The remote Loch Lannsaidh is a thirty minute walk from Craggan and offers Highland tranquility at its best.

Craggan benefits from fixed high speed internet.

Bookings are for seven nights, running from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am, for adults only. 

Changes to our pet policy from May 2023:A maximum of TWO dogs per booking is allowed. There is an additional cleaning charge of £20 per dog, per visit, payable upon arrival. Existing bookings are unaffected. Please advise at time of booking if your intend to bring dogs to the property.
